As an individual or business
it is legal to assign your judgment over to Oak Judgment Recovery.
This assignment will be filed with the court and enables us
to act "pro se" for the
purpose of the collection of the judgment.
After the judgment has been assigned, we will immediately begin
the process of enforcement.
All our collection efforts comply with the Fair Debt Collection
Practices Act, Graham-Leach-Bliley Act and related Federal regulations.
